Weight Loss
Weight Gain, Weight Loss, and then Weight gain again. Does this sound familiar? Everyone has been bombarded with the weight gain statistics within the United States and the world, and most everyone has at least tried one diet or magic pill to lose the weight. Unfortunately for most weight comes off, and then it goes right back on, sometimes creating a yoyo effect that is both unnatural and unhealthy.
Today we are bombarded with more food at a cheaper cost than any time in history. Along with the gift of the corporate cubicle, bigger demands of our time, and abundance of cheap processed food, keeping weight off and exercising regularly can be a challenge. This combined with the way our bodies adapt and learn to store food for survival create a perfect storm of weight gain.
Most of us overeat without ever realizing we are doing it. Oh we understand that we overeat when our pants don't fit, or when we finish eating, or get on the scale, but most people do not critically think about what they are doing while they are eating, they just satisfy the craving. This is because we have conditioned our subconscious to “believe” we not only want to eat to maintain our weight, but overeat to add more weight. Each time you satisfy a hunger craving, overeat socially, feed emotion, or snack unhealthily you are essentially programming your subconscious mind to do just this.
Hypnosis breaks the conditioning
We specialize in using group Hypnosis to allow your organization to become aware of the reasons why they eat what they do, and how to reverse the trend. Through the power of suggestion they will unlearn previous eating habits, emotional ties, social ties, food triggers, and how to effectively deal with emotional eating. As the old saying goes “buy the pants you want to fit into”, which really means start creating the reality you want to experience.
Also Hypnosis will assist your group in becoming hyper aware of what foods they eat, why they eat them, nutritional content, emotional reasons for eating and what external events are begin added to your subconscious mind (such as marketing, or eating for comfort).
The Facts
Obesity and overweight employees can seriously affect your groups productivity by reducing energy levels, confidence, and increasing healthcare costs. Here are some documented facts on why the reversal of obesity within your organization is essential.

• Obesity can lead to, high blood pressure, stroke, gallbladder disease, osteoarthritis of the knee, and endometrial cancer combined, and many more health related problems.
What causes someone to be overweight?
I have discovered that most people keep gaining weight for a few reasons:
• They believe they are overweight and concentrate on that
• They feel they cannot lose weight
• They feel bad about their body image and therefore eat more
• They have become addicted to foods such as carbs or sugar
• They are unwilling initially to accept the idea of being skinny
• They are affected by a (group mentality) of an overweight culture
A recent study shows that group mentality can affect the obesity rates within an organization. Just like success can spread, so can the idea of an overweight culture, infect and spread throughout your organization. Fortunately this trend can be reversed essentially creating a (group movement) toward health, productivity and wellness.
